Anna Kopp studied International Communication at the International Business Institute at Stockholm University before moving to Germany. She has worked in the IT industry in sales, operations and management since 1993 and has been with Microsoft for 15 years. She has been IT Director for 4 years and Office Lead for HQ Schwabing since 2017.
She is a blogger (annaism.de) and speaker, as well as a rock singer in her own band, and is an advocate for the new world of work, particularly for flexible working models and all kinds of diversity and inclusion.
