Tino Kühnel

Thorsten Kühnel is an innovation and digitization expert. Since July 01, 2022, he has been Managing Director of byte, the newly founded Bavarian Agency for Digital, a company of the Bavarian State Ministry for Digital. The agency supports Bavarian ministries, authorities and municipalities as a highly competent consulting unit and accompanies digitization and cloudification projects.

 

Previously, Thorsten Kühnel was Chief Digital Officer at Rheinmetall Automotive. Prior to this role, he drove the digitalization of E.ON as VP Digital Transformation and Head of DTU.
